DIRECTOR – Mr Oyebanjo Oyesina Olutomiwo

Mr. Oyebanjo, Oyesina Olutomiwo was born on 2nd of March, 1960 to the family of Mr. & Mrs. Jacob Oyetunde Oyebanjo, both of blessed memory in Awa-Ijebu in the Ijebu North Local Government Area of Ogun State.

He attended Wesley Primary School, Awa-Ijebu from 1965-1970.  He had his secondary education at Methodist High School, Ibadan from 1972-1976. He proceeded to Adeola Odutola College, Ijebu-Ode from 1976 to 1978 for his HSC.  He proceeded to the prestigious University of Ibadan, Oyo State from1979-1982 for his degree programme. Also the University of Lagos from 1990-1992 for Post graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).

He Served as a Youth Corper at Ofiki Community High School, Oyo State in (1982-1983).  He Started work as a Subject/Class Teacher at Government College, Agege (1984-1996). He taught in Saka Tinubu Memorial High School, Orile-Agege. (1996-2000), Lagos Baptist Secondary School, Agege (2000-2006).

He became Vice Principal (Academics) at Tomia Community Senior Secondary School (2006-2010).

He was redeployed to the Education District II Maryland in February 2010. He became a Director and Head of the Schools’ Administration Department in 2011.

He oversees the collection, collation and storage of data on students & staff furniture, Schools infrastructure through the zonal EMIS Centres;

He Coordinates both internal and external examinations in Junior and Senior Secondary Schools in the District; Coordinates the activities of Guidance Counsellors in Schools in the District.

Mr. Oyebanjo has attended various trainings on Schools’ Administration both locally and internationally.

He is a member of many Professional bodies including Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), Institute of Educational Administration of Nigeria(IEAN) and English Teacher Association of Nigeria(ETAN).

He loves reading, singing, volunteering & Community Development work as well as travelling.

He is happily married and blessed with children.
