Mrs. Olufolake Mojisola Agbeyangi was born on 29th April, 1958 to the family of Late Mr. Elias Adeolu Ajayi and Mrs. Julianah Ayoola Ajayi of Oke – Opin in Ekiti Local Government Area of Kwara State.
Olufolake attended St. Barnabas’ Primary School, Ilorin, Kwara State between 1964 and 1970. She had her secondary school at the prestigious Titcombe College, Egbe, now in Kogi State where she obtained her G.C.E. ordinary level in 1975. Between 1975 and 1977, she attended School of Basic Studies, Kwara State College of Technology, Ilorin where she obtained her G.C.E. Advanced Level. She thereafter proceeded to the University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Oyo State for her Bachelor’s degree in English between 1977 and 1980. Her Post Graduate Diploma in Education was obtained from University of Calabar in 2002.
Mrs. Olufolake Agbeyangi had her National Youth Service Corps at Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, Ibadan between 1980 and 1981.
She was then employed by the Nigerian Television Authority as a Producer in July 1981 where she rose to the position of Producer 1 in 1983.
She then joined her husband in Lagos and was employed by the defunct Lagos State Schools’ Management Board as a Master Grade II teacher and was posted to Comprehensive High School, Agidi, Alapere, Ketu to teach English Language.
She taught in the following schools: Comprehensive High School, Agidi, Alapere 1983 to 1997,Ikosi High School, Ikosi – Ketu from 1997 to 2002,Ojota Senior Secondary School, Ojota (as Vice Principal, Academics) from 2003 to 2008, Isheri Junior Grammar School, Isheri (as Vice Principal, Administration) from May to November 2008.
She was deployed to Kosofe Inspectorate Office, Ojota in November 2008, deployed to Personnel Department, Education District II, Maryland as Director
Establishment Matters October 2011.
Presently, Head of Employee Relations Division of Administration and Human Resources Department in Education District II, Maryland, Mrs. Agbeyangi Coordinates and Supervises all Matters relating to Discipline, Appeals, whistle blowing, Grievance, Leave and Absence Matters, Staff Welfare, Industrial Relations, Health and Safety in the District.
Mrs. Agbeyangi has attended various courses and trainings in Management
She is a member of Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) and The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA)
Mrs. Olufolake Agbeyangi is happily married and blessed with children and grand- children
Her hobbies are Reading, Travelling, Making Friends, Counselling.
